Half our budget depends on donors like you.

Earned revenues — leases, program fees, contracts — cover approximately 50% of SFBI’s annual operating budget. The other half comes from grants and contributions. That support is what makes it possible to keep program costs accessible, serve founders who can’t yet afford full market rates, and invest in the infrastructure — labs, fabrication equipment, advisor networks — that gives Santa Fe entrepreneurs a real competitive advantage.

The businesses SFBI has supported over the years are working on problems that matter: renewable energy technologies, medical treatments, advanced manufacturing, and dozens of other ventures that create jobs and diversify New Mexico’s economy. None of that happens without the organizations and individuals who choose to invest in the ecosystem behind those companies.
