The Santa Fe Business Incubator is Santa Fe's only nonprofit business incubator. For 30 years, we've helped entrepreneurs start, grow, and stay in Santa Fe — connecting them to the space, capital, mentorship, and networks they need to succeed.
Who we are
A front door for entrepreneurs — and a reason to stay.
Since opening our doors, SFBI has worked from a single conviction: that entrepreneurship is one of the most powerful tools a community has to build wealth, create jobs, and shape its own future. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and New Mexico’s most experienced business incubator — and everything we do is in service of the founders who walk through our doors.
We help entrepreneurs start, grow, and stay in Santa Fe by connecting them to physical space, capital, mentorship, and the networks that turn an idea into an operating company. Our shared BioScience Lab and Advanced Fabrication Center give early-stage companies access to infrastructure they could never afford alone — keeping innovation, talent, and tax base right here in our community.

Our facility sits at the heart of Santa Fe's Southside at 3900 Paseo del Sol — accessible, central, and intentionally located where the city is growing.
Bilingual by design
Atendemos en español. We deliver programming, support, and content in both English and Spanish so language is never a barrier to building a business.
Outreach that reaches further
We target entrepreneurs who may not traditionally access this kind of support — meeting founders where they are rather than waiting for them to find us.
Priority for the underrepresented
We prioritize support for women-owned, minority-owned, and first-generation entrepreneurs building businesses in our community.
Growing the next generation
Our Young Entrepreneur Program and youth-focused programming at the Advanced Fabrication Center cultivate the next wave of local business owners.
Lowering the cost of innovation
